Zimbabwe is potentially gearing towards being the?first southern African country to start inoculating citizen. This comes after the nation’s health ministry announced a coronavirus vaccination campaign that is set to commence next week.? This immunisation process was put on hold by South Africa over concerns about the Oxford/AstraZeneca’s efficacy to the new variant.

Zimbabwe will begin its Covid-19 vaccination campaign next weekreached significantly higher peaks in terms of case counts and deaths tha, the health ministry said on Friday, potentially positioning it as the first southern African country to start inoculating citizens.
