Transfer printing processing and manufacturing process of steel plate

3 plate making glue: there are two kinds of sensitized the-301 and non sensitized the-302. Sensitized plate making glue is used for fine, high-density and overprinting; On the contrary, use non sensitizing plate making glue. The gluing operation can adopt coating and printing methods respectively. This step is the key of this process technology, which requires flat plane, consistent thickness and good adhesion

4 curing: the sensitized version is dried on the roaster; The non sensitized version is dried with a hair dryer. The drying temperature is controlled at 50 ~ 70 ℃. When hot gas evaporates from the glue, there is no need to dry it and let it dry. Cooling can be placed in the cooling plate, that is, put a sponge and half of the cold water in the plate, so that the curing time of the plate making adhesive is short and the adhesion is firm

5 manuscript film (film): is the content of the inspection thin? Depth of black? Drug film surface? Layout, etc., and then locate on the steel plate

6 exposure: paste the emulsion surface of the positive negative film with the sensitizing adhesive surface, and place it on the plate printer for exposure. The exposure time of ultraviolet light source is 1 ~ 2min, which is shorter, and the development effect is better? Second exposure curing is beneficial to etching forming

7 development: use the-701 developing solution to water, dip it with a brush and gently wipe it on the unexposed part. After exposing the bottom and displaying the image and text, rinse it with clean water and dry it.
